RSShow much would it cost to get a SIM card for a cell phone to make calls from abroad?

It would be much easier to buy calling cards and use a land line if your just visiting. It is not only about the SIM card in your phone but the company as well. In some countries of Europe there is only one company that covers the area and it usually is not American (such as sprint and cingular…..ect.). Europa is one phone card company that is available in many different countries.
