What would be the best sim card to get to use here and also to be able to receive calls from Ukraine? Of course I’d like to go the cheapest route but also I would love a sim card whose service was great, as in, no dropped calls every 5 seconds. Thanks for the info!

As far as I’m aware, if you have the 12593 service activated on your phone, you can call the USA for 0.4 yuan per minute, which, if this is correct, is amazing value.

Firstly, is this service automatically available on an M-Zone sim card, or must this be activated separately? I can’t speak Mandarin, so if I wrote “12593″ on a piece of paper and took it to a service center, would they know what I meant?
